Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap for AI, quantum, and biotech integration
- Lead research initiatives on emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization horizons
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech innovations with business objectives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and global R&D labs
- Present strategic visions to investors and executive stakeholders
- Mentor a team of futurists and technical architects
- Monitor geopolitical and ethical implications of disruptive technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AR/VR
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Experience with long-term scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in tech ethics or innovation
