- Build and mentor a high-performance innovation lab team

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in quantum computing or AI strategy development
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals preferred
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs (>$10M budgets)
- Certification in futures forecasting or technology foresight
