Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces and neural integration systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats and opportunities in decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs)
- Architect ethical frameworks for AI governance and responsible automation deployment
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused methodologies and speculative design thinking
- Author annual technology trend reports for industry publications and policy forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with demonstrated impact on 3+ paradigm-shifting innovations
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record leading $10M+ R&D initiatives from concept to commercialization
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies with peer-reviewed publications
- Deep understanding of Web3.0 infrastructure and decentralized governance models
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFS) or strategic foresight methodologies
- Experience testifying before congressional committees on tech policy implications
- Portfolio of published speculative technology roadmaps or patent filings
