- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market evolution and consumer behavior shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions across quantum, biotech, and AI domains
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, ambient intelligence) for competitive advantage
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration paradigms
- Partner with C-suite to secure $50M+ R&D budgets for next-generation initiatives
- Present strategic visions to Fortune 500 clients and global innovation forums
- Mentor future-focused talent in our 2026 Innovation Accelerator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven 5+ year foresight track record
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or synthetic biology
- Successful delivery of minimum three enterprise-scale future-tech initiatives
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 publications
- Fluency in strategic scenario planning methodologies (STEEP, Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (SBIR, CHIPS Act)
