Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, identifying disruptive trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives, bridging engineering, design, and business strategy
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to position company as an industry thought leader
- Manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-impact projects
- Champion ethical technology development and responsible innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership, with proven experience in emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Track record of launching disruptive products with measurable market impact
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking abilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP) a plus
