Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision across quantum, AI, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Anticipate societal and ethical implications of emerging technologies through horizon scanning
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and Fortune 500 innovation labs
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough innovations in sustainable tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with proven impact on product roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AGI, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Experience scaling teams from prototype to global deployment
- MBA or MS in Technology Management with PhD in relevant field strongly preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin, German, or Japanese for global collaboration
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technologies commercialized within 5-year timelines
