Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen systems with 10x performance targets
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present visionary blueprints to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Monitor emerging tech trends through our proprietary foresight intelligence system
- Secure $50M+ annual R&D budget allocation for priority initiatives
- Mentor emerging talent in our Future Leaders incubation program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years at director/VP level
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum systems
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Fluency in systems architecture and high-performance computing
- Strategic consulting background (McKinsey/Bain/BCG preferred)
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent field
