Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy or C-suite innovation roles
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech
- Proven scaling of quantum/AI initiatives (>$100M budget)
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- PhD or equivalent in CS/Engineering/Business
- Fluency in Mandarin/Arabic for APAC/MENA markets
- Patent portfolio with 10+ granted innovations
