- Mentor innovation teams in emerging technologies (Web4, neuromorphic computing)
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for emerging tech
- Present strategic findings to stakeholders and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks and quantum computing architectures
- Proven track record of launching scalable tech products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals
- Certification in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent
- Experience with federal grant applications for tech innovation
