Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives

- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team focused on future-proofing our technology stack
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate R&D cycles
- Oversee budget allocation for future tech initiatives ensuring ROI alignment with long-term vision
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech adoption
- Proven track record leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations
- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains: quantum computing, decentralized AI, or spatial computing
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in innovation management
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy (white papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks for volatile tech markets
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
