Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering with 10+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching billion-dollar tech innovations
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and AI ethics
- Published author in top-tier scientific journals (h-index > 30)
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation grants or venture capital
