Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscapes to identify first-mover advantages
- Develop patent strategies and IP frameworks for breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic blueprints to executive stakeholders and investor committees
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption success and ROI measurement
- Mentor next-gen talent in future-focused technical and business disciplines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of launching at least two paradigm-shifting products/services
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Executive-level strategic planning experience with $50M+ budgets
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (IEEE, Nature, TechCrunch)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on future technologies
- Global network of tech innovators and venture capital relationships
