- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating quantum computing, AI, and biotech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 2026+ market impact
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners to future-proof their digital infrastructure
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with focus on emerging tech
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Proven track record of delivering technology roadmaps with 5+ year horizons
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, IEEE ethics)
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
