Qualifications

- Proven track record launching products with 10M+ users or $100M+ revenue
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with futurism certification
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST standards)

- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation platforms
