Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 innovation milestones
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR) for commercial viability
- Lead strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry pioneers
- Develop implementation frameworks for futuristic technologies including regulatory compliance
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board members through data-driven narratives
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-tech adoption methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- Certifications in strategic foresight (e.g., CFS) or technology management preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Published thought leadership on future-tech topics in industry publications
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
