You'll lead cross-functional initiatives, secure strategic partnerships, and translate complex technological concepts into actionable business strategies with measurable ROI.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026-focused technology strategy aligning with company vision and market trends
- Lead market research and competitive analysis in emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, sustainable tech)
- Architect digital transformation roadmaps for scalability and future-proof operations
- Manage strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Oversee implementation of pilot projects for next-gen technologies with 18-24 month horizons
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future tech adoption and digital innovation best practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate development
- Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI/ML, sustainable tech)
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Track record of securing strategic partnerships and driving innovation ecosystems
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management (preferred)
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping in enterprise environments
