Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with organizational vision and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, etc.) into core business functions
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify paradigm-shifting technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Design and implement agile innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping of future-facing solutions

- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and tech incubators to capture cutting-edge developments
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption timelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration with focus on technology strategy
- Minimum 7 years experience in technology consulting, product innovation, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record developing long-term technology roadmaps with measurable impact metrics
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Certification in technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
