Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year tech innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI and quantum computing solutions
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-tech integration
- Analyze emerging tech trends (biotech, neural interfaces, decentralized networks) for commercial viability
- Collaborate with R&D to patent breakthrough technologies in sustainable computing
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and external stakeholders at industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-up
- Proven track record in launching at least two disruptive tech products
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biocomputing)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience with technology ethics governance frameworks (IEEE 7000, ISO 39001)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, Rust, or Q#)
