Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy, aligning with company vision and market trends
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies into core products
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum, and biotech
- Build partnerships with research institutions and industry leaders
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of experimentation
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products or services
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (preferred)
