Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 5-10 year impact potential
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on tech paradigm shifts
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and evaluate disruptive startups
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology ethics and governance
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget for prototyping and pilot programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or hypergrowth startups
- Proven track record in deploying AI/quantum solutions at scale
- Deep expertise in exponential technology trends (AGI, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Security clearance or background in national tech policy preferred
