Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, with 5+ years in emerging tech domains (AI/quantum/AR/VR)

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology focus
- Expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
