Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead research initiatives in quantum AI, biocomputing, and climate-tech convergence
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for acquisition/partnership
- Present strategic insights to board members and key stakeholders
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation task force
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn experience
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (e.g., Nature Tech, IEEE Spectrum)
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Experience leading global R&D initiatives with $10M+ budgets
