Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026+ tech innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) for strategic integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive intelligence and scenario planning for tech disruption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept to implementation with measurable KPIs
- Build strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and driving strategic initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., CDIO, CIMP) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Portfolio of implemented tech transformation projects
