- Lead emerging technology research initiatives (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype future-forward solutions
- Present strategic vision to investors and board members
- Build and mentor an innovation lab team of 8-12 specialists
- Monitor global tech policy shifts affecting 2026 roadmap
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (minimum 3 articles)
- Strong network with global tech research institutions
