As a key member of our executive innovation team, you'll shape our technology roadmap, identify paradigm-shifting trends, and lead cross-functional initiatives that redefine market standards. You'll collaborate with global R&D partners, pioneer AI-driven solutions, and build frameworks for sustainable tech adoption in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology strategy aligned with 2026 industry forecasts and market disruption vectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech convergence, neural interfaces)
- Analyze global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes to ensure compliance and competitive positioning
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring tech ROI and innovation velocity across enterprise divisions
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global tech consortiums
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Mentor next-generation technologists through our Future Leaders incubator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching at least two enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing applications, and decentralized systems
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent strategic foresight certification preferred
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and technology adoption lifecycle management
- Prior leadership in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech startup environments
- Mastery of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics platforms
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech or innovation journals
