Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech divisions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AGI, quantum supremacy, synthetic biology) for strategic alignment
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product development plans
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their implications for innovation
- Build relationships with academic institutions and research pioneers
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology roles
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial products
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future tech (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
