Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps for 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams in AI, quantum computing, and AR/VR integration
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence for emerging tech trends
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board of directors
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future technologies
- Establish KPIs for tech adoption and ROI measurement
- Ensure compliance with evolving ethical AI and data privacy frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial modeling and market analysis skills
- Certified in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Experience with agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or conferences
