Responsibilities

- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI implementation and digital transformation
- Drive innovation through hackathons and cross-functional R&D initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Manage vendor partnerships and ecosystem development for future tech adoption
- Ensure compliance with evolving data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA 2.0)
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech roles
- Proven experience with AI/ML implementation, blockchain, or IoT ecosystems
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSD) or technology forecasting
- Expertise in sustainable tech practices and circular economy principles
- Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in Python and visualization tools
- Exceptional communication with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience scaling technology initiatives in fast-paced environments
- MBA or Master's in Technology Management preferred
