Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 horizon, aligning with company-wide strategic goals.
- Identify emerging tech trends and evaluate their potential impact on business operations and product development.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into actionable project plans.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and test novel technologies before full-scale implementation.
- Monitor the competitive landscape to ensure Quantum Horizon remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Present strategic visions and progress updates to the executive board and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Strategic Consulting.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies including AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex, long-term strategic initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and negotiating with diverse stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
