Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Physics/Bioengineering with 8+ years
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum or AI systems
- Experience with technology foresight frameworks (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Proficiency in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Track record of scaling tech prototypes to enterprise solutions
- Security clearance or ability to obtain for classified projects
