Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives

- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies through patent analysis and startup scouting
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers for R&D acceleration
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and ensure compliance with emerging regulatory frameworks
- Mentor technical teams in future-proofing infrastructure and security protocols
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or venture capital with focus on emerging tech
- Proven track record launching products at the intersection of AI, IoT, and biotechnology
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or generative AI architectures
- Experience scaling tech teams from 50 to 500+ in high-growth environments
- Published research or patents in future technologies (IEEE/ACM publications preferred)
