Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching AI or quantum solutions at scale
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems (2026 compliance focus)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future tech
- Strong network with DARPA/NIST innovation initiatives
- Certification in Tech Foresight Methodology (preferred)
