Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry disruption forecasts
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen AI, quantum computing, and biotech solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research on emerging technologies (Web4, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Present visionary tech strategies to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team of 12+ specialists
- Establish strategic partnerships with global tech leaders and research institutions
- Drive adoption of futuristic technologies across 15+ enterprise product lines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record launching market-defining tech products post-2020
- Expertise in at least 3 of: quantum computing, advanced AI ethics, neurotech, decentralized systems
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (MIT Tech Review, Wired, etc.)
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members in high-growth tech environments
- Proficient in scenario planning tools and future forecasting methodologies
