Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of long-term technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
- Emerging Technology Research: Conduct deep-dive research and analysis on emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing, AR/VR) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- PoC Leadership: Spearhead Proof-of-Concept (PoC) projects to validate new technologies and determine their feasibility for integration into our core stack.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech trends and competitor innovations to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace.
- Resource Allocation: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to prioritize resources for future tech adoption.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or strategic consulting with a focus on emerging technologies.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of modern software architectures, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and data analytics.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying and implementing disruptive technologies that drive business growth.
- Leadership: Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability: High comfort level with ambiguity and rapid change in a fast-paced tech environment.
