Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and Web3.0 infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for autonomous systems and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, quantum encryption)
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with market expansion goals
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through compelling investment narratives
- Present at global tech summits including CES, Web Summit, and MIT Future Tech Symposium
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with demonstrable impact on future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier publications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Proficiency in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Experience securing federal grants and venture capital for experimental tech
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
