Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record in quantum computing, AGI, or climate tech innovation
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar Tier-1 journals
- Fluency in emerging tech policy landscapes (US, EU, APAC)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (Horizon scanning, Delphi, STEEPLE)
