- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and executive stakeholders
- Establish innovation governance frameworks for ethical tech deployment
- Build partnerships with research labs and academic institutions
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-focused innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Expertise in futures methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi techniques)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI and responsible tech frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management
