- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build strategic partnerships with tech innovators and academic research labs

- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and tech scouting initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Track record of launching disruptive tech products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
