Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with demonstrated impact in emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Spectrum or similar tier-1 journals
