Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-resistant cryptography and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI governance frameworks for 2026 compliance
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, bioinformatics, neurotech)
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with 3-5 year adoption cycles
- Develop patentable methodologies for sustainable tech implementation
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof technology assessment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism
- Proven experience with quantum computing architectures and AI ethics frameworks
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on future technology adoption curves
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TFP) or equivalent strategic foresight methodology
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation grants for future-tech initiatives
- Expertise in regulatory compliance for autonomous systems and biotech integration
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ scalable future-tech implementations
