Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate-positive innovation
- Lead cross-functional sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype future concepts
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Translate technical capabilities into market opportunities through competitive analysis and user research
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board members with data-backed impact projections
- Drive innovation governance frameworks for ethical tech deployment and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in emerging technologies or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, biotechnology, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products from concept to market
- Master's degree in relevant field (PhD preferred) or equivalent experience
- Certifications in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Professional) or strategic innovation
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex technical visions
- Experience securing multi-million R&D budgets for experimental projects
