Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or advanced R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of scaling tech teams to 50+ professionals
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
