Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business growth objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to accelerate technology adoption cycles
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation impact and ROI on future tech initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or venture development
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 enterprise-level tech innovations
- Expertise in emerging technologies with published thought leadership
- Experience building and leading high-performing cross-functional teams
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Deep understanding of market dynamics in AI, IoT, or Web3 ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
