Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-forward solutions
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to anticipate tech disruption
- Develop frameworks for ethical AI implementation and sustainable tech adoption

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology roles with proven innovation track record
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, IoT)
- Experience developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in Strategic Innovation or Technology Management (e.g., CTO-level)
