Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, AGI, climate tech) for commercial viability
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget
- Partner with academic institutions for joint R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in future technologies
- Proven track record in scaling SaaS/tech products to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, or quantum computing
- Experience with scenario planning and tech forecasting frameworks
- Strong financial modeling and ROI analysis capabilities
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
