- Drive innovation through hackathons, R&D sprints, and experimental technology trials
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure ROI on futuristic technology investments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services in tech-forward markets
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking, Technology Foresight, or equivalent strategic planning
- Experience managing $5M+ technology innovation budgets with measurable ROI
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and venture capital community
- Exceptional communication skills for articulating complex technical visions to diverse audiences
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy preferred
