Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic computing, decentralized AI)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive innovation opportunities
- Develop patentable frameworks for next-gen tech applications in enterprise and consumer markets
- Present strategic visions to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Mentor a team of futurists and technical architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership, with 5+ years in future tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature Futures, or equivalent
- Proficiency in strategic innovation tools (e.g., TRIZ, Delphi method)
