Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and competitive landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and evaluating emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, sustainable energy)
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to anticipate technological disruptions
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure innovation ROI and adoption readiness
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI/ML, biotech, or sustainable tech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional innovation teams
