Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term R&D roadmap for Year 2026 technologies, focusing on AI scalability and autonomous systems.
- Lead a team of elite engineers in designing and deploying next-generation neural networks and predictive algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable, market-ready software solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing interfaces, Edge AI) and integrate them into existing enterprise architectures.
- Establish best practices for data governance and ethical AI implementation in a rapidly evolving landscape.
- Mentor senior staff and junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and large language model (LLM) architecture.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in future-tech environments.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders.
