Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the technical roadmap for our 2026 vision, aligning product goals with emerging technological trends in AI and Robotics.
- Architecture Leadership: Design scalable, secure, and resilient system architectures capable of handling next-gen data loads and quantum computing integration.
- Tech Stack Evangelism: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Autonomous Agents) and integrate them into our development lifecycle.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable engineering specifications.
- R&D Integration: Oversee the integration of research prototypes into production environments, ensuring rigorous testing and quality assurance.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, C++, or Rust, with a strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Proven experience implementing Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI models in production settings.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and navigate the complexities of emerging tech markets.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
